Prices

All prices quoted online exclude UK VAT where appropriate unless shown otherwise. We make every effort to keep the prices up to date but we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. It may be that prices are incorrectly quoted or changed due to external circumstances. We have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price quoted if that price is incorrect.

Orders

Orders are always shipped at the first opportunity. If an item is not in stock it may be necessary to order that item from one of our suppliers before it can be dispatched. In which case delivery's can be delayed. If we are unable to supply items you have ordered due to them being out of stock we will contact you.

It is incumbent on the customer to be ready to receive their order when the courier arrives.

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. We can also accept payment by cheque, but all cheques must be banked before we can dispatch goods. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of payment details if we think they are being used fraudulently.

 Returns

You are free to return goods unused for a period of 30 days after delivery subject to a handling charge. Any items returned after this period are at the discretion of the management. Circumstances will dictate whether a full refund or an exchange is appropriate. Goods that have been used cannot be returned unless a warranty claim will be entered into. All goods have a minimum 1 year manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise clearly indicated). Warranty claims for faulty goods will be dealt with through us but the manufacturer will make an assessment and decide on the proper course of action. All goods should be returned packed to the same standard as when received, to avoid damage in transit. We reserve the right to refuse or impose a charge if an item is returned damaged and is not fit for grade A sale.

Images

 We make every effort to ensure that the product images we use are accurate and up to date. All product images are either owned by Cheviot 4x4 or are used with the permission of the originator and remain the copyright of the originator. Unauthorised use of images owned by Cheviot 4x4 will be taken very seriously.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that the product information we use is accurate and up to date. All product descriptions are used with the permission of the originator and remain the copyright of the originator. Manufacturer and Land Rover part numbers are used for identification purposes only and do not imply or indicate the identity of the manufacturer.

Complaints.

 We take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. If you feel you have received substandard information or services from us we would like to hear about it so that we can prevent the same thing from happening again.
